At A-1 Automation, we offer a full line of low cost noise enclosures for vibratory feeders.  These enclosures can reduce up to 27 DBa noise in feeder applications.

Our enclosures are shipped unassembled, but quickly fit together on your machine base  Your personnel can quite easily add necessary holes for a parts discharge or rectangular cutouts in the top if a storage hopper is present.

We offer a number of protective coatings as well, both for temperature and corrosion resistance.  These coatings protect your industrial vibrator and provide a very low co-efficient of friction.
